ck RSE reads out on the message center where the tire pressure and oil used , miles and ect. which is part of the radio and cd player it also goes off and on

Are you sure you have those letters right? I checked all the messages and I don't see anything that matches up with that. Have you checked your owner's manual? That will definitely tell you.

It's basically alerting you to one of the systems that has likely stored a trouble code. You would need to have all the modules scanned and that's going to require a professional level scan tool.

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to do a full system scan on it. Most high end scan tools have the capability to scan all the modules in the vehicle. There has to be code(s) stored somewhere.
