Hello Guys, recently my Mitsubishi Montero 2001 limited 3.5 v6 displayed Service engine light, I checked with the OBDII tool and two codes poped up, p0155 and p0161 which are O2 sensor fault codes, (bank 2 1&2 sensor) I replaced both of them, but fault codes still stay on, I checked wiring, it seems fine, checked fuses, but this model doesn't have a fuse for o2 sensors, I also reseted the ECU, still nothing, I am stumped, if anyone has encountered this problem or knows how to deal with it please help. Thank you

Yes, they do have a fuse but that fuse runs though the PCM so it will not be marked clearly. Your problem is with the heater circuit of the 0/2s on the driver's side of the engine. Your best approach is to check at the sensor for power and ground to determine which one is missing. If it turns out to be power, then you have to go back and test all the fuses with a test light with the key on. The power wire is black and the ground is white. Unplug the sensor to test the plug. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
