I'm checking the H02S 4P connector terminals 3 and 4. The repair manual says "Is there 10- 40Ω (F23A4 SULEV engine: 2.0 - 20.0Ω?)" I'm not entirely sure which dial to put my multimeter on. Under Ω, there are these options: 2M, 200k, 20k, 2k, and 200. It's getting electricity for sure, but I don't know which one to test to make sure it's above or below a reading of 10. It danced around 9 and 8 under 20k or 200k, can't remember which. Any suggestions on how to move forward?

You would be using the 200 setting. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

On the Ω setting, it's not picking up anything when I set my multimeter to 200. When I set it to 200k, on Ω as well, it picks up a reading of 5. Does this mean my sensor isn't getting enough power and needs ti be replaced? This is the female sensor.

You have the meter set to read resistance in the sensor, not voltage. Measuring the resistance of the sensor or the voltage arriving at it are 2 different tests.
