I have a 2010 Camry XLE with Push to Start. A B2281 p signal code came up. Can someone explain this code and tell me how serious it is please?

That is a BCM code that indicates an issue between the Body Control Module and the shift indicator module.

You're going to need some real expensive equipment to be able to troubleshoot this properly.
