Every time try to go through emission test, they turn it down due to rediness test not complete, (no) check engine light is on but when they monitor it it says not ready. Finally they told me that the keep alive memory in pcm is not holding. Have checked all fuses, have not had any battery problems, everything is working fine. When run freeze frame all shows good, monitor mode shows good, but as soon as cut car off it loses the Keep alive memory. Could anyone please give me some suggestions. This will mean wiring diagrams showing what, where and you are supplying power. If all the feeds are there, then you might have a bad PCM? Dan.
