2007 Dodge Caliber SXT 2.0 Camshaft Actuator Codes Sign In

I'm working on my girlfriends 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT 2.0. She was driving it and it stalled in the middle of traffic and wouldn't start back up so I had to get it towed home. The ETC light was illuminated as well as the CEL. I scanned it for codes and it came up with P0013, P0010, P2090, P2088 which say camshaft position actuator low bank 1.. etc.. I changed both intake and exhaust VVT solenoids. Both of the camshaft sensors have been replaced. I changed the MAP sensor while i was replacing the others. The car will try to crank but acts if it isn't getting any gas. Could this possible be a Throttle body issue? I took it off and cleaned it after it first happened and nothing changed.

P0010-Bank 1 Camshaft 1 Position Actuator Circuit Open
P0013-Bank 1 Camshaft 2 Position Actuator Circuit Open
P2088-Bank 1 Camshaft 1 Position Actuator Circuit Low
P2090-Bank 1 Camshaft 2 Position Actuator Circuit Low

why did you change those parts?
did you not understand DTC definitions, keyword CIRCUIT.... start with checking fuses, KOEO is there 12v at solenoid? yes no?
No start - Check fuel pressure - check for spark.

Check fuse 26 in the integrated power module. That fuse protects the power circuits for the camshaft actuators and fuel injectors. If the fuse is blown, it could have a short in the wiring, injector, or actuator. Possible an actuator had shorted?
