My engine light came on this morning so I used my code reader on it. I got P0505, which
is (Idle Air Control) system malfunction. I cleaned the throttle body with throttle-body
and air intake cleaner. After that I cleaned the MAF sensor with the intake cleaner and
some Qtips. Now I am getting the code P0110, which is Intake Air Temp Circuit Malfunction.

Since the IAT is part of the MAF, does that mean I'll need a new MAF sensor? Or is there a
better way for me to go about this?

Thank you guys!

Yep, sounds like your attempt to repair has ruined a part with no previous problem. I can't understand why you were messing with the MAF in the first place. You had no issue with it and you should never stick something like a Q-tip in that anyway.
