You are right. I hooked up the old sensor and got 4V at idle and 5 volts at full throttle. The new sensor gets no reading.

Thanks, I'll get a new TPS. This is the first and last time I will order automotive parts off Ebay.com

Fixed! Bad new TPS sensor off Ebay. Not doing that again! Thanks for all your help.
