1993 dodge dakota pick up 5.2 eng. is not fireing have install,ed new coil still no fire

I am thinking this truck has a crank sensor that controls the spark. if the crank sensor dose not see the crank turning, the PCM will not send the signal to the coil to make it fire. Have a look at that.
