where can i find a correct wire colors and what they go to for the fuel pump on my 1989 dodge B250 van with a 318

Looks like it's the gray wire, the larger gauge one.......

If you want to give the circuit a good load and confirm power & ground in one shot. Just hook a headlight in between the power & ground circuits, if it lights up good & bright, you've got good power AND a good ground. If it's dim or doesn't light up then it's time to roll up your sleeves and go to work.....

how do you track down the fuel pump relay when it can not be found and it is nowhere to be seen

One thing I forgot to mention is there will only be power at the fuel pump for 2 seconds with the KOEO. It would be best have a helper crank the engine over while testing for power and make double sure your test light does light up while testing. A bad ground for your light could send you on a wild goose chase..............
