Couldn't find exact location of the relay but likely in a fuse block under dash or underhood. Still a chance it's off on its own. Owner's manual might give the location? Looks like this........
Duralast/Relay - Wiper Motor Price: $11.99
Part Number: 19387 Alternate Part Number: 19896 Warranty:Limited Lifetime T

The wiper circuit doesn't even have a relay in the circuit.

The problem could be in the switch, the Body Control Module or any of the related wiring.

Enlighten me - why does it list one? Seriously, I want to know and know you have better databases than I ever will again,

I guess you'll have to ask AutoZone why they constantly do things like that.

I prefer my local NAPA with pro parts folks and know their stuff and what is good and what is marginal. Unless an identical item like antifreeze, oils etc., and a real bargain I don't use AZ but their site is great for pics if nothing else,

I just realized you installed a new motor and i'm sure it came with new bushings
But just in case it didnt and you used the original ones.....
Is the ground strap on the one bushing intact?

Looks like the upper one in this pic...

I agree, AZ site is the best i know of for quick pic look ups and stuff ,but i go to NAPA or even pepboys first for parts.

I late DoubleJ but was thinking of that ground strap too. Had many old S-boxes with ones broken, rotted off or still in place but weren't getting a ground,
