weird electrical problem olds alero

olds alero 2004: started with loss of power for windows and blower a/c heat. then the radio and guages. stopped and restarted and everything returned. turned on blower and everything went out again. stopped and started and everything returned again. weird electrical or fuses?
Please HELP... don't want to be taken at a garage!!

Sounds like an ignition switch problem....
