I have a 19993 dodge stealth es. The problem is that when I start the car the voltage goes down on my meter then it rises again. when I turn on a turn signal the voltage blinks down with the turn signal and there is a hesitation beofre my turn signal comes on. What should I do to fix the problem and where should I start? Thanks again Mac

Sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere....
Start with the battery cables, clean & tighten those. After that just look around and clean all the block & body grounds you can find...
Poke your head under the dash & look under both side kick panels & make sure no grounds came loose...
