vito electrical help needed

i have a 2002 108cdi vito....the headlights stopped working last week,if u twist the stick for lights further they come on,but if u use blinker,they turn off.today my battery light came on as did the srs light and when i use the blinkers the radio turns off then on.....can anyone offer me any advice please

Don't know this car but if all this is on a multi-function switch I'd suspect that is where the trouble is,
