I have a 1993 volvo 240, my turn signels stopped working and I'm getting a sound through the flasher but no blinkers will work I have no idea where to look thank you for any advice

Have you tried a new flasher? Some may use two identical - one for hazzards the other for directionals and can be swapped as a test,
