turn signal problems w/ 95 grand Cherokee Limited

My turn signal will make a buzzing sound when using it to turn, then work for a couple of clicks then just buzz. I replaced my turn signal flasher (EP27). Then the turn signals will work but it buzzes when the turn signal is not on. I have left to old flasher unit in to avoid constant buzz. Checked fuses, no problem there. Any Help?

have found that the turn signal relays in jeeps go bad though there r kinda expensive
