Ign parts do better when OE spec on many cars. What engine is in this? Did you replace the wires? Ideas: Wires mixed up? Some good looking wires get trashed just from removing them and require replacement. Plugs new out of box could have a bad one or two. If box or plug was dropped they can get hairline cracks and fail either in your possession or in handling before you got them! Many cars list the plug gap on a sticker underhood and I'd go by that if there's a discrepancy.
