Hi Guys and Gals,
This being my first time to post I suppose I should introduce myself, the name is Frank, my sign in name is Crazyhorse357, in honor of the great American Indian icon, I live in Greenwood, Ms with my wife of 20 years, now on to the problem.

I have a 1993 Chevy G20 custom van, it sports a 4.3 V-6 engine pushing a 4L60E
with 164,000 miles, maroon in color, okay the problem is that I need to install trailer lights and someone told me that there should be a quick disconnect that I can undo and install a T connection and bingo, trailer light connection.
I have searched the area around the rear bumper ad can not find any quick disconnect only a couple of small wires that appear to be going to ground.
Does anyone know any more about this than I do, and if so would it be too much trouble to ask for some help?

Hi Frank...

Yes is looks like there should be a connector for the trailer wiring. Look in the RR area right below the RR maker light area, see if you can find anything there....

Hey Frank. Welcome to the forum. I believe the problem may be that you have a MAROON van

. Sidom has located the location for you. There will be a wiring connection there where the rear lighting connects to both sides. That is where the "T" connector goes. It may be sort of hard to find, but you will see it.
