2011 Chrysler Town & Country
I own a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. recently I was driving with a can of pop on my dash and I hit a bump and the can spilled directly into the driver side air/defroster vent up by the windshield. immediately after that my headlights would flicker off and then come back on when I would hit the break, my cruise control stopped working and once I got it home and shut the ignition off and pulled my key the van stayed running. we ended up having to disconnect the battery and let it run out of gas. when we reconnected the battery and without the key the ignition the dash lights lit up as did the radio and stuff as if the ignition were on. before we ran it out of gas we tried like over starting the van like by cranking the key to the start position and the radio and lights in the van shut off but the dash speedometer and rpm panels Stayed illuminated. didn't notice any other issues other than those stated above. we have an appointment to get it looked at in 2 weeks but that's a long way to go without my vehicle no auto shops around me have the slightest idea of what it could be and referred us away. need help asap.

It sounds like that soda went into one of the modules, probably the BCM. The first thing you should do is disconnect the battery before you do more permanent damage. Have it towed to a competent shop and let them see if they can salvage the damage.
