silverado cranks when key is in run position

Once at operating temp. starter engages intermittent by itself with key in run position until relay removed.So far have switched starter relay with another relay(same part #). same prolem. new ignition switch. same problem. new starter and solenoid. thought it was fixed but after 1/2 hr. of driving starter engaged while engine running.Doesn't happen on cold start. 2000 silverado 5.3L, Auto, 4x4, 170k
