91 mitsubishi mighty max 4wd 5spd 3.0v6. 2nd gear grinds until the rpms go down and then u have to let off the clutch real slowly otherwise it wont catch gear.

You may either have a bad clutch or a bad synchro for 2nd gear. The synchros help to mesh the gears cleanly regardless of rpm. You may want to take this to a transmission shop and let one of their techs road test it.
