2005 ford F650 proloader
diesel automatic
dash and running lights not working fuses are good. any ideas?

Am unfamiliar with this machine but not the point. Do these share a fuse or two? Are fuses getting power when items should be on as tested by test light or voltmeter? Just looking good isn't enough to proceed,
