Hello Everyone, I'm trying to remove or disconnect the factory car alarm in my Toyota Previa 1992 because it will go off at random times when the car is not being used. I've located the alarm in the area underneath the steering wheel, but have no ideas which wires to cut. If anyone has any information about this, that would be very helpful! Thanks!

You can't simply cut a couple wires and eliminate a factory security system. These systems are incorporated right into the operating system program. From what I can see about this car, it never had a factory security system. What you have must be aftermarket. Your best bet is to have an alarm installer remove it for you. You can't just cut wires. Circuits that were interrupted have to be completed again. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
