replace the resistor, it is one thing that controls fan speed.

along with the switch, the resistor controls how much energy by ground or power goes to blower motor! On your vehicle, it should be on the passenger side near the glove box on the blower box.
It is possible to test a resistor with an ohm meter as well as check your wiring for defects.
If you buy a resistor, it will give you an idea what your looking for behind your dash to replace.
