My single-mom stepdaughter has a 91 Mitsubishi Montero and today the driver side window stopped working(in the down position,of course).The repair manual she has(Haynes) is worthless.Says the home Mechanic can;t fix the power windows.There is no wiring diagram for the power window system.All the other windows are operational,but when the auto switch is activated-only a click is heard.I removed the door panel,and there is a box(relay?) which clicks when the switch is activated.I also hear a click from behind the switch panel on the door.I have worked on Corvette,Audi,BMW,and Merceds windows,but this is kicking my tail-I hate to admit it-but I can't even see the window motor!! :( Hope someone has an idea-It is supposed to snow here in Utah tonite-and the Glad garbage bag is hard to see through.
