hi, I have a 1996 olds bravada 4.3 v6 awd, the roads were bad the other night and the abs came on which is good, but is it bad if all the other lights in the car dim. after the abs shut off all the lights went back to normal is this normal.

The engine may have lowered it RPM to near stall for a moment relying on just the power of the battery. Will lights all dim the same way at night if you just shut engine off as a test? They normally would dim some but if excessive I'd check that battery is up to par,
