passenger tail lite

i replaced the right rear tail lite fuse that had blown but the lite still doesnt work the blinker does and brake lite does too and also the driver side license plate lite doesnt work either and when i replaced the fuse for the tail lite the passenger side license plate lite came back on does anyone have any ideas
