no power to heating/ac control 88 gmc sierra pickup

The problem I 'm having is for no apparent reason is no power to the heating control in the dash.
The 25amp fuse for the blower is good, I have changed out the conrtol head and the resistor.
Also I have pluged new relays in and after all this still no power up at the control. My shop manual
talks about a fuse (other than the 25amp in the fuse panel) that protects the blower circuit located in the electrical wiring between the junction block and the blower relay,which I have'nt been able to find. Any help out there?
