Got a 2003 Chevy impala 3.8. After changing the starter, there is no power at all. All systems are dead, windows, locks, horn, lights. When you turn the key, there is no gauge sweep on the ip, and no bulb checks, but the mil will come and stay on. Any advice or ideas?
