Alright, wondering if anyone might have ran into this before. Got a 2003 Chevy impala 3.8. After changing the starter, there is no power at all. All systems are dead, windows, locks, horn, lights. When you turn the key, there is no gauge sweep on the ip, and no bulb checks, but the mil will come and stay on. Any advice or ideas?

Go back and put hook up the fusible link wire that you left off the starter.

They supply power to all kinds of things and there may be more than one.
