no a/c or turn signal

I have a 1993 Ford Thunderbird V6. I loaned the car to a friend who kept his laptop charging from the lighter. Now my a/c blower has no power. The turn signals don't work but the flasher does. All fuses and relays are good. The battery cable, connectors and clamps are clean.

I found the culprit. I removed the wiring harness fron the ignition switch, reinserted - success!
Sometimes on old cars they must be used and wiggled.
