  My car is a 2002 pt cruiser / chrysler 4 cylinder and a stick shift i have had this car going on 3 yrs now the speedometer hasnt worked in a long time but now when in driving the red needle goes crazy and so does my car it jerks really bad, ive tried unplugging the whole cluster its self and also taking the cluster fuse out but it still is jerking, cant really go faster than like 25 mph or coasting and riding the clutch..... if any one knows what this prblem is being caused from please help me out Thank You !!

I'm sure you must have a check engine light that you have been ignoring forever. You need to have the codes read and post the numbers here, not someones description, the actual code numbers.
