mazda electric fuel pump issue

mazda electric fuel pump issue Sign In
I have a 1991 Mazda Protege 1.8L, I have a fuel pump problem, I am only getting 5 volts at the fuel pump, checked all the relays according to the haynes manual, all check ok, what could be causing the voltage drop from the relays to the pump?
