As of late the power door locks go crazy (make clicking noises) while driving and sometimes when shut off with the keys not in the ignition.. Any thoughts??? Relay may have gone nuts too. If (especially) the door was left open to rain or weather it might have messed up the switch. One more: Is this car one of those that locks the doors when you start driving? That device wherever the heck it is could be the issue.
