ligths wont come on

I have a 2004 pontiac bonniville v6, the mileage is about 160,000 and the light wont come on. I've check and change the fuse and replace the headlights. What should I do next

There isn't a whole lot of DIY repairs that can be done on this system. You said you checked all the fuses. Did you also check the block under the rear seat?
This system use the DIM module to ground the relays of either low or high beams to turn the lights on. The IPC module is also tied in to this but the DIM is the main module for this system. Without a Tech II or scanner capable of communicating with these modules you are really limited to what you can do....
You've already checked the fuses, you could try swapping relays but if you don't have either low or high beams I really doubt it's a bad relay...
