Hello I am looking to buy a 1989 firebird 305 fuel inj V8 and in the notes it states "minor wiring problem: starter need rewiring, not getting juice to starter- (easy fix for mechanically inclined)does not affect driveability. has a toggle switch for the fan." Was wondering if thats like a bad ground or something, says doesnt effect driving so.....and what to look for when looking at viehicle...
