horn problems 95 park ave Sign In

I have a 95 buick pa (3.8 vin k) my horn wont turn off until the fuse blows. I replace fuse horns stay on ( so i keep fuse out lol ) i dont like not having a horn can anyone give me some ideas? I dont know were the relay is for the horns a friend told me the problem is in the wire coming from the pad to the column ( the one with the spring ) i changed the wires from the pad to the column no luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's probably a bad switch which unfortunately is usually sold as part of the airbag.........big bucks. Try unplugging the switch and replace the fuse and see if it stops blowing. Just be very careful around the airbag.

thanks for info i will try that i already disconnected the airbag not taking any chances
