highbeam will not stay on Honda Accord 1995

I have a Honda Accord 2.0i 1995....(bought in norway)
the high beam will not stay on... when I pull the switch to engange the highbeams, the highbeams turns on, but when I let go of the switch it turns back to normal....
I have to pull the switch against me and hold it to get the highbeams..
the highbeams do engage right after starting the car (if its cold outside and car has not been used for hours.)
but after 5 minutes of driving, the highbeams will not stay enganged again after turning them off--> on...
obviously temperature has something to do with this....
I have tried changing the switch, and dimmer-relay...no luck..
any ideas?

We don't have that particular Honda here in the states, but maybe the dimmer switches are the same.
If I remember don't you push the lever forward to turn on the high beams and pull the lever back to use flash to pass?
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
