headlights not working

I have a 1993 thunderbird 3.8 V6 that the headlights would flash off and on about 15 minutes after starting up.I changed the headlight switch about 3 weeks ago and everything worked fine until now.I have no low beams or fog lights working now.High beams and parking lights as well as dash lights are working fine.Any ideas on what my problem could be?Thank you for your time.

To start check the fuses.BTW was the switch a used one installed?
