headlights and sidelights not working on 1996 peugeot xrd. checked fuses but all appear ok. brake lights and interior lighting working ok any ideas?

Stewart; First, you must realize that this car was made in France.Unsure So, all the 'norms' are out the window, so to speak.
Many had fuses for left and right headlamps. The best way to check these is with an ohmmeter or test light as sometimes, it's tough to tell if they are really okay, or not. It is also very common for someone to lose one headlamp and not notice it until the other one burns out. So, don't overlook the bulbs, themselves.
