headlamp probloms on a 2000 s10 pickup Can't Post

on a 2000 chevy s10 the dim lights work but the brights dont i replaced the dimer swich but that was not it i also replaced the headlamp wiring harnes but it still dont work someone please help me.

Does it indicate "brights" on the dash? Common ground ok at the sockets? Bulbs known good?

I'm not sure but some vehicles have a type of relay for the dimmer switch Unsure?????????

its got a brand new dimmer swich that cost $400.00 brand new bulbs and every thing

Ok, Ok, Basics here! Does it have power and ground at the socket for the bulb?

sometimes it will and sometimes it will not one of my buddys said it may be the headlamp swich

Yeah matey, I think you went the wrong way. There may be a fault in the wiring to the headlight switch. If all else fails, try this 1st, keep it simple. Check the high beam fuse in the in-car fuse box, if thats ok, make sure all fuses under the hood are good also, keep me posted.
