Appears you have a poor electrical connection somewhere. Could be in fuse panel, the connectors that are in the headlamp switch circuit, or the head lamp switch itself.
Probably a good idea to remove the headlamp switch and make some electrical checks there. Also inspect the connector for bad terminal tension or other damage.
