on my 2006 Pt cruiser 2.4 with 60k
i have replaced battery ,cables and checked the grounds
anyhelp????????/

Not sure how you checked grounds? They really need be checked with powering a test light, which will light then when a ground is showing ground. Sometimes metal dash items use straps out of sight. DON'T ADD POWER TO WIRES! Just know things that should be ground. It's still only on the maybe list. You could add jumper clip w wire to metal from known good grounded body metal and see it that changes anything. Test that it makes a ground too as so much is painted and that won't work on well painted body metal.
There other things to cause issues but this good to know ruled out,
