fuse problems with s10 pick up

i have a 1995 chevy s10 pick up 4wd and i got big problems. it all started when i waas driveing and i have a very load sound system going and every thing cut out for a split second (headlights, interior lights, heater, and the radio) but everything was fine after. but the next morning my turning signals did not work. so i check the fuse and shure enough it was blown so i changed with one that come with the truck and that blew right away. so i took a test light real quick to the rest of the fuses and i found my brake light fuse was blown i changed that along with the turning signal fuse and it worked again, but the next morning nothing worked once againand there were more fuses blown and my air bag fuse is blowing as soon as i put a new fuse in and i DO NOT want to mess around with that. the turning signals work as long as the radio is turned down low or even off but the blink is not regular its vary random and i checked for blown bulbs and they are all fine. and the last thing is when it take my seat belt while my truck is runnig the light on the dash will come on and go fadeing out along with the warning sound and the fuse blows for the brake lights again becuase i guess that it uses the same fuse but it just does. i know its a lot but i hope some one can help me (im getting sick of changing fuses constently)

i realy need some help tonight driveing home from work my reverse light would not turn off my truck is a standard and i just replaced the switch to turn on and off the light last spring. im am in desperate need of help i spent last winter fixing all the body work i want to keep the truck but im ready to push it over a cliff
