The fuse is blowing to stop the power surge so that your car doesn't start on fire, so PLEASE don't do what some people may suggest of putting in a bigger fuse or even worse jamming a penny in place of it. If that is done this car will be a crispy critter. You have multiple circuits on the same fuse, so one at a time I want you to try playing with them and see when it will blow the fuse. Then we can have an idea where to narrow the search.
