f150 turn signals dont work need help

i own a 04 f-150 i was diving down the road one day and the turn signals stoped working. i canot figure out what is wrong with it. i checked all the fuses and every thing is fine the signals dont work and the break lights dont work. i could be wrong but every truck i have ever seen has a second fuse box under the hood i cant find that on this truck. i have a theroy that i may be the multifunction switch in the steering colom because the break lights and the turn signals go throught that switch. please help it is a liveing hell without brake lights or turn signals

That would be my guess.....Multifunction Switch
