engine not firering

I need some advise. I put a rebuit trans in. i filled the trans up and i went to try and start it, No spark my and dashlight dont come on (just batter light) and the fuel pump constently runs.i used a touch light on the fuse box and there is power to the fusebox...i have spent many of hours on this truck and i am so ready to sell it but it is a very nice truck.
