88 dodge ram van 36888mls its been in a storage for a long time. power windows,temp & fuel gauge dont work is that one circuit or fuse? checked all fuses with test lite,(all good) please help

Dont know what repairs you have done so far . I would start with a fresh battery, clean and tighten all battery connections exp grounds.
