i have change the computers in the car already. i need to know why im not getting fire from coilpacks to the sparkplugs. i have changed the ignition control module, and the wiring harness also.

get a flow chart and follow it... reason i say this is,sounds like your throwing parts at it and its getting costly.plus it will dial you right in ,its called ,'strategy based diagnostics'...believe me it works....
didn't see computer on your first post,sorry.
are you using new parts or used?
used ecm may be no good.
does the vehicle have any alarm and or cut off switch wired in?just a thought.
possibly has an open in ground circuit or open in ignition feed.
