Hi,
I have a Corolla 92 automatic with AC. As I turn the ignition on, the cooling fan kicks on even if the engine is cold. I'm not sure how to test the Temperature Switch ? I have test the Engine Maine Relay (as described in the Chilton's Repair Manual) and it looks find. But I can't find the Cooling fan Relay that they are talking about...

Hmmm? Is everything OFF with the A/C? All selections OFF not even defrost/defog etc? Pretty sure this year Toyota enables fan if compressor is enabled which many are even without requesting A/C specifically and that would cause fan to come on cold or not.
If this isn't that let's see about what the likely problem is - sensor or stuck relay??
