cooling fan problem

2002 ford grand marquis it cooling fan is not run i chalked the fuse but then i chalked with launch x431 it give a code p1474 and 1479 then friends what i do plz help me

As the codes indicate, there is an issue with the primary side of the circuit which is everything up to the relay, and you are going to have to determine what it is by testing.
The code is telling you that the computer is not seeing the trigger of the relay.
